Series 33

Range of six sizes of command boxes for multiple manual command applications requiring a high capacity enclosure.

• New configuration of the control box for uses with high mechanical demand, with protective corners with a high grip index. Assembly by simple pressure of the corner pieces or
  combined with corner pieces and screws (optional).
• New aesthetic line with shapes aimed at optimized ergonomics, which allows correct manual use.
• Various membrane keyboard mounting possibilities. Recessed areas on lid, base and front/rear panels for fixing.
• Made of high quality ABS injection, with average wall thicknesses of up to 3 mm.
• Easy assembly of lid, base and front/rear panels by pressure. Battery cover assembly with screws.
• Turrets on the base and lid that allow plates to be fixed with self-tapping screws.
• Possibility of mounting EPDM gasket, for IP 65 waterproofing.
• Resists temperatures up to 85ºC.

Materials and finish:

• Lid, base and battery holder panels made of high-resistance injected ABS, fixing corners in high-grip TPE-coated polypropylene.
• Standard configuration: Light gray box similar to RAL 7035 (ABS) and gray corner pieces RAL 7001 (TPE).

Each unit includes: cover, base and corner pieces. In the tall sizes it includes a cover for the battery compartment and screws.

Standard Color Options:

• Case: Light gray RAL7035 or black RAL9004
• Corner pieces: Blue RAL5007, Green RAL6026, Red RAL3020, Orange RAL2003, Black RAL9004, Yellow RAL1021, Gray RAL 7001.

Accessories:

• EPDM sealing gasket.

• Internal painting for shielding against EMI / RFI radio frequency, with graphitic, copper or nickel-based paint depending on the level of protection required.
